1. Introduction

Welcome to DateRanker. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all users of our subscription plans, including those who take advantage of free trials and promotional offers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our service. By using DateRanker, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription Plans

  • Monthly Plan: This plan renews automatically every month. You will be billed on a monthly basis.
  • Yearly Plan: This plan renews automatically every year. You will be billed on an annual basis.

5. Free Trial and Coupons

  • Eligibility: New users may be eligible for a one-week free trial. This trial period allows full access to the service. Each user can only have one free trial period. New users may also use a free coupon as part of a promotional offer.
  • Conversion: At the end of the free trial or free coupon period, you will be automatically enrolled in the subscription plan that you chose unless you cancel before the trial ends. You may cancel your subscription at anytime but we hope that DateRanker provides you with value to your romantic search. We hope you cancel because your find your true love. The service will continue through the renewal date and then expire.

6. Billing and Payments

  • Payment Method: You must provide a valid payment method when signing up. Subscription fees will be charged to this payment method.
  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
  • Billing Cycle: Monthly plans are billed every month on the same date. Yearly plans are billed once per year on the same date.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged for subsequent periods.
  • Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current billing period.

8. Changes to Subscription Plans

We reserve the right to modify our subscription plans, including the pricing and features. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance and will take effect at the start of the next billing period.

9. Use of Service

  • Personal Use: DateRanker is for personal use only. You may not use our service for any commercial purposes.
  • Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use the service for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:
    • Harassing or harming other users.
    • Impersonating any person or entity.
    • Uploading viruses or malicious code.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on DateRanker, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of DateRanker and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our permission.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

DateRanker is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DateRanker will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, USA. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Georgia, USA.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the effective date and providing a notice on our platform.
